Let’s make Delhi Warm – An initiative by Gulshan Homz

It has been reported that every year hundreds of old, destitute and poor people die of the cold in Delhi NCR. On the other hand, most of us let our old woolens lie in cupboards and suitcases, unused. Keeping in view of severe cold conditions in Delhi NCR, Mr. Gulshan Nagpal, MD Gulshan Homz, luxury real estate developer, himself decided to come out of his cozy home and provide warmth to the people who make our homes. He decided to set off a campaign “Let’s make Delhi warm” for underprivileged people.

One of the oldest forms of charity, the act of giving away or donating unwanted clothes to the poor occurs in every corner of the earth, proving that this ancient tradition is still a vital necessity today.

By providing an old / used cloth or other items like shoes, blankets, bed-sheet, shawl and others to a needy person, we can protect destitute older persons from bone-chilling cold waves and cold related diseases during winter. Please don't keep your old cloth inside your cupboards instead donate it to someone in need.
